Ten Books For Readers Who Like Character Driven Stories

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish where we make lists of bookish things!

This week's topic is Ten Books for Readers Who Like [blank]. I decided to go with character driven stories because these are my favorite types of books to read. I ended up with like 20+ books and had to cut some. And then still ended up with 12 instead of 10. Oops. But these books are 100% driven by the amazing characters that these authors have created and I love each and every one of them.

There you have it. My favorite character driven books. What did you guys choose as your topic this week? What are some other character driven books I should read?

  3. I was so surprised by how good Far From You was. It was a book that I didn't think I'd like until my friend and I made a bargain. I'd read FFY and she'd read Froi of the Exiles...we both made out happily in that deal. I have a few others on your list on my TBR pile and hope to get to them....some day.

  6. Yes, Rainbow Rowell creates unique and quirky characters, that's for sure. And yes, Throne of Glass series…some awesome characters!! The best writers are the ones that create characters I care about, that I think about even when I'm not reading the book. Great list! ~Pam
