Time for another edition of nonbookish things I'm currently obsessed with! Yes, I have other interests than reading. No, not that many, but they exist and I like sharing them with you guys!
I've been kind of a shopaholic this summer. It's pretty bad, but I can't help myself. I just love shopping and getting new clothes. I'm planning on doing a massive clean-out of my closet and my apartment in general because I know I have tons of junk that I really don't need. Here's a couple things I have recently purchased.

This Michael Kors raincoat - it was on Anniversary Sale at Nordstrom for only $130. After the sale it will go up to $210. Hell yeah! I love the blue color and after the rainy summer we've hard here I decided I needed a raincoat.

I also bought this Leith ruched body-con dress - on sale for $40 - after sale will be $62. I had to order this because they didn't have it in store so not sure if I'm keeping it yet, but it looks so simple and cute. Perfect dress for fall/winter.

I almost bought these Kristin Cavallari peep toe booties because omg are they not the cutest ever??? But the ones they had in store had a couple of ink stains on them and I decided it wasn't meant to be. But I can't stop thinking about them and knowing me that means I'll end up going back for them. Because look at how cute and perfect they are!
I wish summer could go on forever, but I do love fall/winter clothes. Sweaters and boots and booties and hats and scarves and gloves. Love all the coziness!
These pajamas from Target. My friend got them for me as a gift for being in her wedding and oh my gosh these are the comfiest PJs I've ever owned. They are so soft and perfect. I'm in love. And for only $20? You can't beat it.

Movies! For our anniversary, Phil got me like 11 different movies and so we've been having a lot of movie nights. He got me a couple Will Ferrell movies I love, Tom Hanks movies, a couple Disney movies and the Jurassic Park trilogy. Hell yeah, dinosaurs! The Jurassic Park movies are probably one of my favorite movies ever so that was an awesome gift. And the boxed set even has an empty sleeve for Jurassic World when it comes out on blu-ray. So smart!
And as always, I'm still obsessed with planning our Europe trip. I think I've pretty much got it finished. I managed to find room in our schedule to squeeze in Stonehenge while we're in London and Versailles when we're in Paris. Yay! One month and we'll be there! *hyperventilates*
Any nonbookish things you're currently obsessed with?

ReplyDeleteYes!! I love shopping and I'm pretty sure I might be a slight shopaholic.... I didn't end up getting those boots but I got another pair for way cheaper that are just as cute and way more comfortable. I'll post a pic on instagram.
DeleteI LOVED the new Jurassic Park! It's my new 2nd fav right after the first one. I loved all the references to the first one and I felt like it just totally captured the magic of Jurassic Park.
