Top Ten Books On My Winter TBR

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish where we make lists of bookish things!

Didn't we just make our Fall TBR lists? This year has flown by! Crazy. Well now it's winter. My least favorite season. Brrr. The season that makes me just want to stay inside, under a blanket with some hot coffee and a book. I've got a lot of great books coming up on my TBR list. Can't wait to dive into these!

Ignite Me by Tahereh Mafi: This book was on my TTT last week too. It shows up a lot. And that's because I'm dying to read it! I can't wait for it to show up in my mailbox on February 4th!

Cress by Marissa Meyer: This was also on my TTT last week. Sorry for the repeats. I can't help myself. I'm really freaking excited!

Into the Still Blue by Veronica Rossi: I have an eARC of this one and will be starting it really soon! I've heard good things so far so *crosses fingers* hopefully it's amazing!

Perfect Ruin by Lauren DeStefano: This one came out a few months ago. I got it from the library, but then I moved before I had a chance to read it. :( But then, it was on sale for $1.99 on Kindle so of course I bought it! Hoping to get to it this winter.

Being Sloane Jacobs by Lauren Morrill: I'll be reading this one really soon! I have an eARC of it and can't wait to dive in. It sounds like it's going to be a really great story.

Panic by Lauren Oliver: Another eARC I have waiting to be read. I loved her Delirium series. Her writing is gorgeous and I can't wait to read this new contemporary.

Death Sworn by Leah Cypress: I am so obsessed with fantasy right now. I want to read every single one I can get my hands on. This one sounds badass.

Avalon by Mindee Arnett: A super awesome sounding scifi. I haven't read any of her other books yet, but have heard good things about her.

Cruel Beauty by Rosamund Hodge: A Beauty and the Best retelling. I never used to be a huge fairytale retelling fan, but Marissa Meyer's books have convinced me to give others a shot.

Defy by Sarah B. Larson: Another awesome-sounding fantasy book! When I saw this on Netgalley, I just couldn't resist.

What are you going to be reading this winter? Do you just want to hibernate like I do? What's your favorite hot drink in the winter? Mine is a peppermint mocha from Starbucks.

    1. Same here! I think the entire world is waiting for Ignite Me. Lol. I swear it's almost as big as Allegiant was. At least it feels that way.

  2. I'm sad that winter is your least favorite season :( I hope it goes by quickly for you! I love winter actually... it's my absolute favorite! We are totally the opposite! Snap. I missed the sale of Perfect Ruin, I need to get better at checking these lol. I'm eager to read that one! I agree with Panic as well, although I'm scared because... I love Lauren Oliver. Please be good to my heart <3 I love your list!! Happy Reading doll !!! Oh, and my favorite hot drink is Pumpkin Spiced Latte!!

    1. I just hate cold. It's a good thing you like winter though living in Canada. Lol. I would die. Yeah, I check the Kindle deals almost every day but most of the time I find out about sales from Twitter. I also love Lauren Oliver, but I hated the way Requiem ended so I really hope this isn't a repeat of that... I am the only person on the face of the planet that does not like Starbuck's pumpkin spiced latte. Lol. I don't know why, but I just really don't like it. We really are opposites. :)

  4. Ignite Me, Cress, Into the Still Blue, Panic, Avalon...so excited for those books! I just saw Death Sworn the other day somewhere and it does sound really good. I requested it from Edelweiss but I have yet to be accepted by any publisher through Edelweiss so I'm sure it will be a no. Oh well, I'll just have to wait for that one. Good thing there are so many great books to read this winter! ~Pam
