Love-a-Thon Mini Challenge #1: Book Spine Poetry

It's time for the first mini challenge! I hope you all read my interview with Nara from this morning. If you haven't go check it out!

The first mini challenge is to create book spine poetry. I've obviously seen this all over the internet but I've never done one myself so I was super excited about this challenge! I used to write poems all the time when I was an angsty teenager (seriously you should see all the angst in my poem book). But at the time I loved writing it and it really helped me put my feelings into words. So anyway, I was really excited about creating poetry with books. Here's what I came up with:

What did you come up with? Link it up and I'll come visit!

  8. Great job, I wouldn't have known where to start with a challenge like this! Eighth grade was my angsty poem stage (I still have them somewhere). ~Pam

    1. Oh yes. I think sophomore and junior year of high school was my angsty poem stage. I definitely still have them. I actually pulled them out and my husband and I read them together and laughed our asses off.

  9. Love your poem! Unless you know the books it doesn't show that they're book titles
